HOME > NAK Technology > U-AMS based on RFID

RFID, or radio frequency identification is a non-contact identification method, which is hailed as a core component of ubiquitous computing infrastructures thanks to its remote, multi-point identification capacity, among other points. Being the first in the world to adopt RFID technologies in the area of document
management, the National Archives of Korea has allowed document management processes to be controlled
in a fully integrated end-to-end manner. The document management system of NAK will be a nationwide
standard and serve as a reference for other agencies handling records and archives.
The real-time tracking of documents and the prevention of unauthorized access enhances security
  of the records.
Less manual handling improves the efficiency in document management.
