- · All guided tours are provided in Korean only. Please make sure you bring a Korean translator with you if necessary.
- · Please submit a list of visitors with name, affiliation, position, contact information such as e-mail and/or telephone number to complete the reservation.
- · In case you are from abroad and want to have a professional tour and/or meet with our staff members regarding specific interests, please contact the international relations officer at least 4 weeks in advance of your desired date of visit.

Reading room information
- - Reading room: Main Office of the National Archives Information Center (Daejeon), Presidential Archives (Sejong), National Archives,Seoul (Seongnam),National Archives,Busan (Busan), and Seoul Archives Information Center (Seoul), Gwangju Archives Information Center(Gwangju)
- - Opening hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Mon - Fri)
How to prepare your visit to the reading room (for foreign visitors)
- - When requesting access to open and declassified records held at the National Archives of Korea, please bring your identification (such as passport, foreign registration certification, or any other personal ID) with you. In case visitors belong to the same organization from abroad, certification documents such as business registration, foreign organization registration will be asked to present.
- - You may bring your memo pad, notebook and/or laptop with you in the reading room whereas laptops can only be used only in designated areas in the reading room. Please note that we do not provide separate Internet cables.
